Questions, answered

Is NoteStar free?

Yes. The Free plan includes study books, flashcards, the AI tutor and study groups, with monthly and daily AI limits. Notes, handwriting, reviews and your own cards are always unlimited. Plus and Pro raise the AI limits.

Which devices does it work on?

NoteStar is an Android app for phones, tablets, foldables and Chromebooks. iPhone, iPad and a web version are planned.

What happens to my notes?

Your library is stored privately to your account and synced across your devices. When you use AI features, the relevant material is processed by Google's Gemini models through Firebase. We don't show ads and we never sell your data. The privacy policy has the details.

Who can use NoteStar?

NoteStar is for people aged 18 and over.

Can the AI be wrong?

Sometimes, so NoteStar writes from your own sources, says when an answer goes beyond them, and credits every image. If anything looks wrong or inappropriate, report it in one tap and we'll review it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Everything you made is deleted. You can also request deletion on the web.
